21st July, 2006: This years Christmas party will be at the Thistle Hotel, Bristol.
This will be a Dinner Show: Snow, cheeky elves, disco, festive menu and the fantastic Raymond and Mr Timkins.
Starters: Plated selection of hors d’oeuvres Chicken liver parfait, smoked salmon blini and roast vegetable and ricotta tarte
Mains: Roast plump breast of seasonal English turkey served with the traditional garnish of chipolata wrapped in bacon, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce dressed with a rich red wine jus Herb roasted vegetable pithivier glazed with rarebit (v) All served with freshly roasted potatoes in olive oil and sea salt and a medley of freshly cooked market vegetables
Desserts: Assiette of seasonal desserts Mincemeat tartlette, rum and chocolate mousse and strawberry shortbread Fresh
