Sunday 18 July to Friday 23 July; 11 of us had a fantastic week diving the WWI German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow, with Skipper Emily Turton and the Radiant Queen.

Emily not only gave us thorough briefings on the history and stated of the wrecks which enable most of us to find the key features: 12″ guns, turetts, boilers, capstans, etc. on what must be regarded as huge monuments to the 1st world war at sea but also produce excellent between dive cakes.

The boat was certainly one of the best UK dive boats we have been on with separate dry and we kitting up areas, benches on the dive deck, easy entry and exit (a lift is promised in the future).

Accommodation was also a class above normal with all u could want including a drier and free wi-fi. I could go on but i won’t. The point of this is to say that several of us feel we want a return visit!
