31st May – 1st June 2008 : The British Sub Aqua Club and the Nautical Archaeology Society are combining to do the new Wreck Appreciation Course at Portland on May 31st-June 1st.
This course is great fun and concentrates on wrecks and how to identify important features.
The diving is suitable for Ocean Divers and above as the course is primarily designed for divers new to wreck diving, or those who would like to learn more about the wrecks they dive. You do not have to be a member of the Nautical Archaeology Society, but if you are, or decide to join, then completion of this course will give you six points towards the NAS Part 3 certificate.
If you are an experienced diver, would like to develop your skill level, and perhaps find out different ways of enjoying going diving then this course is also for you.
The course costs £64-00 for the two days. For this you get two boat dives and all your tuition, plus tea/coffee and biscuits. On top of that you will need to pay your £16-00 registration fee making a total of £80-00. This registration fee also includes your information packs and student notes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to spend two days learning some real skills that will help you to enjoy your diving even more than you do now.
