- Opening Address – The Chairman welcomed the 21 members & 1 non-member present
- Reading and Approval of the 2009 AGM Minutes – Approved
- Chairman’s Report – A good year’s diving & social activities. Boat storage at Plymouth has been successful. Frank Rogers stepped aside in favour of David Jago on the grounds of ill health.
- DIve Officer’s Report – 964 dives this year. Reasonable UK weather for diving (Cromhall, Porthkerris, Lundy, Dartmouth, Scapa Flow, Plymouth) & a number of overseas trips ( Philippines, Red Sea x3, Maldives, St. Lucia). No major safety incidents. Training has progressed well.
- Treasurer’s Report – Approved
- Club Membership Fees – No increase
- Questions for the Old Committee – None
- The Committee Stands down and the Club President takes the Chair – David Jago
- Election of the New Committee (see below)
- AOB – Discussions on boat storage, purchase & safety
