We’ve been across to Pembrokeshire a couple of times over the last few years & since it’s a beautiful part of the world with some excellent diving we’re going again!

This time it’ll be a little different as we won’t be taking the club RHIB (COVID-19 & all that) and so will be relying on a local dive operator to get us where we need to be.

The chosen outfit is Dive Pembrokeshire UK (http://www.dive-pembrokeshire.com/) on Predator run by Len Bateman.

Predator is a 12 metre hard-boat with space for 8 divers & 2 crew so that’ll be the limit for this trip. Predator has a lift, toilet & cabin storage.

The plan is for 3 days of diving, Saturday through Monday (October 16th-18th) with 2 boat dives a day on Saturday & Sunday and the option of shore diving on the Monday.

The boat cost is £480 per day, with an extra £75 if we get to the Smalls & £45 if we get to the Hen & Chicks/Stacks. Assuming 8 divers that’s £120 to £135 each. Air is £4 a fill.

Accommodation-wise we’ll be going back to South Cockett Caravan & Camping park http://www.southcockett.co.uk/  (where we went in 2019) with your choice of camping (~£13pn non-electric, ~£17pn electric) or caravan – check the site for details.

We’ll book a table at a local hostelry for a couple of nights, to be determined closer to the time.

If you are interested, I’d like a £25 deposit so I can get a reservation in & plan next steps. The balance is payable one month before the trip, if you cancel less than 1 month before it is your responsibility to find a replacement or pay the remaining balance.
