Hello everyone

Following the successful walk organised by Tim a few weeks ago, we are going to have another. I know that a couple of regulars are away next week so we will make it 7:00pm on 5^th  July  or, if the weather forecast is bad, we will postpone it until the 12^th July.

As the last one was through the wooded valley following the river, this time we will be heading for higher ground up on Lansdown between Bristol and Bath. This time we will have views across Bristol to Wales and in the other direction towards the Mendip hills ( Visibility permitting )

Its about 2.5 miles over mostly flat and level ground with the option of dropping out around half way and going back to the parked cars. I would stress that its not an arduous hike but more like a pleasant stroll with great scenery,
